He needs a home environment where he will get some much needed encouragement and lots of love. Pepper has nice coloring, an expressive sweet face and long legs!!! Pepper appears to be a Dachshund/terrier mix whatever the combination, he turned out to be quite the handsome little fellow.As a small dog little Pepper would do just fine in an apartment with play time taking care of his exercise needs he needs someone willing to give him some love and a safe secure home and since he is a puppy, he will need training to teach him good doggie manners.
